These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the noblexmedicalbilling.com website and the services offered by Noblex Medical Billing LLC (“Noblex,” “we,” “us”), located at 30 N Gould St #64830, Sheridan, WY 82801. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Client engagements are additionally governed by a written service agreement and, where protected health information is involved, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA); if these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Our services
Noblex provides medical billing and revenue cycle management services to US healthcare practices, with a specialization in behavioral and mental health:
- Medical billing — claim preparation and submission, payment posting, patient statements, and follow-up through payment.
- Credentialing & enrollment — payer applications, CAQH maintenance, and enrollment follow-up.
- A/R & denial management — appeal of denied claims and recovery of aging accounts receivable, typically on a contingency basis as set out in your service agreement.
- Virtual assistance — HIPAA-trained administrative support such as scheduling, eligibility verification, and patient follow-up.
- Practice marketing — websites, advertising, and local search services for practices.
Specific scope, fees, and performance terms for any engagement are defined in your service agreement. Content on this website — including audit findings, typical results, and educational articles — is general information, not a guarantee of outcomes, and not legal, clinical, or coding advice for any specific claim.

- Do not submit patient information or protected health information through public website forms; PHI is exchanged only under a signed BAA through agreed secure channels.
