What do you need from me for the audit?
Read-only access to (or an export of) 90 days of claims data from your EHR or clearinghouse. We sign a BAA before looking at anything, and we never access clinical notes. Your admin can pull the export in about 15 minutes.
Is the audit really free? What’s the catch?
It is genuinely free and there is no obligation. Our model is simple: if the audit finds recoverable money and you want it recovered, we do that work on contingency: no recovery, no fee. If you take the report and fix things in-house, that’s a fine outcome too.
