Pricing questions, answered plainly

How much does outsourced medical billing cost?

Across the US market, outsourced billing typically runs 3–8% of monthly collections, while fully-loaded in-house billing (salary, benefits, software, turnover) usually costs the equivalent of 8–12%. Noblex prices inside that outsourced range. Your exact rate depends on claim volume, payer mix, and how much cleanup your A/R needs.

Are there setup fees, per-claim fees, or long-term contracts?

No setup fees, no per-claim fees, and no long-term contracts. All Noblex services are month-to-month. We keep clients by collecting their money, not by locking them in.

How does contingency pricing for denial recovery work?

You pay a percentage of what we actually recover on denied claims and old A/R: nothing upfront, no hourly billing, and nothing at all on claims we fail to recover. The exact contingency rate is set in your audit review based on the age and mix of your A/R.

What determines my exact rate?

Four things: monthly claim volume, payer mix (Medicaid-heavy books take more follow-up work), current state of your A/R, and how much of the work we take on (billing only vs. billing + credentialing + VA support). The free audit gives us both the answer and the evidence. You see the reasoning, not just a number.
