Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Noblex Medical Billing LLC (“Noblex,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit noblexmedicalbilling.com, submit a form, call or email us, or engage us for medical billing and revenue cycle management services. Noblex is a US-registered company located at 30 N Gould St #64830, Sheridan, WY 82801.
What information do we collect?
We collect three categories of information:
- Contact details you give us. When you submit a form, request a free billing audit, book a call, email, or call us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, practice name, and the content of your message. Our audit form also asks for your EHR/practice management system and approximate monthly claim volume so we can prepare properly.
- Form submissions and communications. Form submissions are delivered to our team and stored in our lead management records, along with the page you submitted from and whether you opted in to SMS communications. Emails and call notes are retained as ordinary business records.
- Analytics and technical data. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived here. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Our web server and hosting provider also keep standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect payment card information through this website, and we never ask for patient information through public website forms.
How do we use your information?
- To respond to your inquiry, deliver a requested billing audit, and schedule calls.
- To communicate with you about your inquiry and our services, by the channels you've provided or opted into (email, phone, SMS).
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To keep business records and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
SMS communications and consent
If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we may send you text messages about your inquiry and related business communications. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of receiving our services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in and consent data is used only for the communication purposes for which it was collected.
How do we protect your information?
- The website is served over HTTPS; form submissions are encrypted in transit.
- Access to lead records and business systems is limited to Noblex personnel who need it to respond to you.
- We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it.
- We use reputable US-based service providers (hosting, scheduling, email, analytics) that process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
HIPAA and client data
Noblex provides billing services to healthcare practices and is a HIPAA business associate to its clients. Before accessing any protected health information (PHI), we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the practice. PHI received under a BAA is handled exclusively under HIPAA and the terms of that agreement: access is limited to the minimum necessary, restricted to authorized personnel, and never used for marketing. PHI is governed by the BAA, not by this website privacy policy — this policy covers website visitors and business contacts.
Cookies and third-party services
The site may set analytics cookies to measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site. Third-party services we link to (for example, our call scheduling provider) have their own privacy policies that apply when you use them.
Your choices
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. We honor applicable US state privacy rights.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle SMS consent or personal information will be flagged prominently.
