NoblexMedical Billing

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Noblex Medical Billing LLC (“Noblex,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit noblexmedicalbilling.com, submit a form, call or email us, or engage us for medical billing and revenue cycle management services. Noblex is a US-registered company located at 30 N Gould St #64830, Sheridan, WY 82801.

What information do we collect?

We collect three categories of information:

We do not collect payment card information through this website, and we never ask for patient information through public website forms.

How do we use your information?

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS communications and consent

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we may send you text messages about your inquiry and related business communications. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of receiving our services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in and consent data is used only for the communication purposes for which it was collected.

How do we protect your information?

HIPAA and client data

Noblex provides billing services to healthcare practices and is a HIPAA business associate to its clients. Before accessing any protected health information (PHI), we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the practice. PHI received under a BAA is handled exclusively under HIPAA and the terms of that agreement: access is limited to the minimum necessary, restricted to authorized personnel, and never used for marketing. PHI is governed by the BAA, not by this website privacy policy — this policy covers website visitors and business contacts.

Cookies and third-party services

The site may set analytics cookies to measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site. Third-party services we link to (for example, our call scheduling provider) have their own privacy policies that apply when you use them.

Your choices

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle SMS consent or personal information will be flagged prominently.
